The fastest car in Forza Horizon 5 that can be obtained for free is the Koenigsegg Jesko 2020. It can be purchased from the Autoshow for 2.8 million Credits, or from the Auction House for slightly less. However, due to the car being preowned, it will probably have some Car Mastery perks like Wheelspins already used.
Until more cars are released for Playground Games' newest entry into the Horizon series, the Koenigsegg Jesko is not only the fastest car players can get for free, but also the fastest car in the whole game, free or not. It scores a perfect 10 for Speed and Handling, reaching speeds of over 300 mph once tuned. It's ideal for using in Speed Traps, Speed Zones, and Drag Races in Forza Horizon 5.
If players need some quick money to buy the Koenigsegg Jesko, they can take advantage of the unlimited money and Super Wheelspin exploit in Forza Horizon 5 by purchasing a Willys Jeep for only 40,000 Credits and spending 5 Skill Points on its Mastery Tree repeatedly to unlock cheap and easy Super Wheelspins.
How to Get the Koenigsegg Jesko For Free in Forza Horizon 5
The Koenigsegg Jesko can also be earned as a free Accolade Reward if players get 3 Stars in all 11 chapters of the "V10" Baja Adventure Event. To unlock the V10 Story, players must spend 3 Adventure Chapter unlocks in the green Baja section from the Accolade Adventure Map of Mexico.
Once unlocked, drive to the symbol of a car with a clapper board to start the V10 Event. All 11 Chapters can be repeated once completed, so don't worry about getting 3 Stars during the first attempt. Take a few tries to learn the route of each chapter, and then attempt a 3-Star run.
It might take a while, but it's a good way of saving 2.8 million Credits to spend on buying other cars in Forza Horizon 5, or purchasing houses, cosmetic items, and tunes to make the Koenigsegg Jesko even better.
Once 3 Stars have been earned for all chapters, claim the fastest car in the game by heading to the "Accolades" menu of the "Campaign" tab on the pause menu. Go into the "Stories" category, and tab over to "V10".
